Chronically tight muscles will lose their flexibility and that is really asking for trouble, as it makes you so much more susceptible to injury. Whether you are a professional athlete nursing a chronic injury, a weekend warrior sore from overdoing it, or a mom with back pain from toting a toddler. The proper sports massage program will target your body’s specific needs and help you do what you love even better. The results could include less injuries, faster recovery times, and improved all-around performance. From a sprained ankle or twisted knee to muscle spasms or broken bones, this massage can enhance pre-event preparation and provide the opportunity for faster recovery for maximum performance during training or after an event. Cancellation Policy

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Break Time Massage Therapy is exclusive only for military and their family and friends. [Cancellation Policy] I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. [No-shows] Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged for their “missed” appointment. [Late Arrivals] If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
