The Company does not operate a public spa facility and does not provide services at a private residence.

Policies & Terms — Break Time Massage Therapy

Your therapy time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling and professional policies. These guidelines ensure fairness for all clients and help us provide the best possible care.

Booking Policy

Appointments with Break Time Spa, LLC (operating as Break Time Massage Therapy) are available by online booking only, unless otherwise arranged through a licensed spa partner.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking a session confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

Clients must be 18 years or older to book services independently. Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present during the session.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full service fees still apply.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50–100% of the service fee

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their appointment without notice.

No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and may lose future booking privileges.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or any contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Your health—and the health of others—is a priority.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking or service, depending on the booking platform used.

Accepted payment methods may vary by location or spa partner and include:

• Credit or debit cards

• Approved digital payment methods

Gratuities

Gratuities are never required but are always appreciated. Gratuity policies may vary depending on spa location or independent booking arrangements.

Professional Conduct Policy

Break Time Spa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, language, or requests.

Any conduct deemed inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the session, and full service fees will apply.

Right to Refuse Service

Break Time Spa, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Safety concerns

• Failure to disclose relevant health information

• Inappropriate behavior

• Violation of policies
